Q. What is your return policy?
Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30 days from your item's ship date. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as PayPal.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
No. At present we do not offer gift cards
Q. Do you ship internationally?
At this time our website only supports shipping within the United States. If you live outside of the US and would like to get a shipping estimate please email the model number quantity and shipping address to info@gaswatch.com
Q. Do I need a mobile device to use GasWatch? Which one?
At present we offer two GasWatch Models for Purchase - TVL217 and TVL218.
Model TVL217 does not require any mobile device. It has a display attached that shows the propane level. TVL218 and TVL220 models have Bluetooth functionality. They can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth and shows propane level in GasWatch App. GasWatch App is compatible with iPhones running iOS 10 or later, and Android devices running on 5.0 or later. These two models also have LED display that shows the propane level (0%, 10%, 25% 50% and 100%) without requiring the Smartphone.
