Q. What is the difference between GasWatch model TVL218 and TVL220?

GasWatch Model # TVL218  has a display with wire whereas Model # TVL220 has a display built into the scale itself as seen in the product picture. Functionality wise both the models are same and use the same iOS / Android App.

Q. Will GasWatch work with tanks larger than 20 lbs.?

GasWatch was designed to work with a 20 lbs. tank only. Please do not place a heavier tank onto this product.

Q. How do I find the weight of my propane tank?

Q. What if my tank weight is not listed in the App?

Common tank weights are pre-programmed into you GasWatch for your convenience. If your tank weight is not listed please choose the closest weight and you will still get a fairly accurate reading.

Q. Can I place GasWatch on the grass?

No. GasWatch needs to be used on a hard, flat surface.

Q. Can GasWatch be left in direct sunlight?

Yes, GasWatch has been designed to work in direct sunlight.

Q. Will GasWatch work in cold temperatures?

Yes, GasWatch has been designed to work in the cold temperatures ranging from -20 Degree Fahrenheit to 120 Degree Fahrenheit.

Q. Is GasWatch waterproof?

GasWatch is not waterproof. Please keep the scale and display out of rain, snow and do not submerge GasWatch in any type of liquid. Moisture will damage the scale.No Warranty is given if scale is damaged due to water/moisture. Use scale and display under a protective cover to avoid rain or snow.

Q. How long will the batteries last in my digital display?

The batteries will last about 1 year with normal usage.
